Absolutely can't believe how quickly time is passing.. checked my last entry and it was last Nov. Insane that it's almost Nov again soon.
Been dealing with a handful of changes and constants since coming home and still not sure how I'm faring on them. Got a gazillion thoughts running through my head when I'm trying to sleep at night.. the walks didn't seem quite as helpful as I'd hoped for.
I'll pen my thoughts down more concretely next time.. it's still all a blur for now.
